How It Works

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective?

3 things you need to bring for the class

Smile!!! Proper attire, water, towel  ready to get wet and party!!!


What to expect for your first exciting experience with me and all our regulars party animals ?

Music
Dance to an hour of non-stop hottest music 
from warm up to cool down

Zumba = 70 % zumba music/Latin and 30 % international songs 

Zumba rhythm 
Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Quebradita, Flamenco, Tango, Belly dance, Soca, Samba

there are basic steps in each of the rhythm and you will recognise it in all the zumba classes around the world 


During our sessions 
Find yourself a Spot so that you can see me clearly so you are able to follow my lead 
I will always Q you ahead before the moves come and will always be consistence 

Advance Zumba goers
More than just movements you need to engage your muscles '
Example your core, arms and legs 

longer range of motion = bigger calories 
Shout along with me when we are doing burst movements it helps you to breath and exert more 

It also create an amazing atmosphere for yourself and everyone 

Stage 
i will always introducing steps in the middle and front of the class 
if i m else where means i m performing engaging or giving options to individuals 
so keep on continuing the steps and rhythm 
I will be back in the front to introducing the next step 

Two left feet / too much shimmy and booty shake shake & intensity issues

There is always an option for everyone,
usually i will start off the song by introducing or breaking down the steps or intensity 
this is where you need to pay attention as it will get faster, complex or high intensity as the song progress 
any point of time if you find its complicated and you feel you are are not ready for the move you can always stay at where i first introduce 

example without the shake or  higher intensity modifications

Safety Tips 
Stay within your limits or push gradually 
you know best for yourself and i understand that not everybody is superman like me 
pace yourself along the way take rest if you need 


Hydrate yourself frequently at any point of time during the session if you need 
as it will be an on going hour of non stop DANCE PARTY!!
